Iteration Planning

It will take a while for people to get comfortable with the iteration planning process. There are many decisions to make, and tremendous freedom, which people who use other development methods may not be used to. It will take a few iterations to understand what the team's baseline velocity is. Don't spend too much time trying to analyze why velocity is what it is. If you try to influence it too much you may get undesirable results and lose confidence in your planning estimates.
