Business logic becomes more complex. Database structures become more complex. New releases have to migrate legacy users. More people join the team. More code must be integrated simultaneously. Be proactive about improving and scaling your internal processes so it doesn't get in the way of developing quality working code, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
